Filters production
Our Company has more than 12 years of experience in industrial filtration. We manufacture high-quality filter components for such industries as shipbuilding and repairing, machine building, metallurgy, oil and gas.
Our company pays special attention to ensuring professionalism and responsibility in relations with our partners. Our teamwork helps continuous improvement of our technological process, and maintaining a high quality of our products. Due to well-established relations with our partners based on trust and understanding, we are strongly position for future growth.
About the company
Our business follows the technology, tradition and quality of FILU, a well-known German company that was operating successfully in the global filtering market until late 1990s.
"Electro Pool" uses manufacturing equipment from German producers, successfully combining proven European technologies with modern technological developments. Our company only uses materials and components that are ISO 9001 and GOST R certified, and supplied by industry leaders from Russia, Italy and Germany.
Our product line mainly consists of replicas of filter components produced by Western European and American manufacturers for general industrial usage in filtering hydraulic fluids, lubricants and oils, fuel, and air. Using modern materials and technology, we manufacture filter components, known in Russia under REGOTMAS (РЕГОТМАС) brand. We have significantly improved their qualities and technological characteristics. Our company's research and development efforts helped produce new filter components for filtering gas, petrochemical products, and recycled process water.
Having started with 10 filter components, we can now offer more than 1000 in our product line, and we have partnered with over 100 companies. We are constantly expanding our range of products, attracting new partners and strengthening existing relations.
About our products
Depending on filter component purpose and type, we use filter paper, borosilicate microglass fiber, as well as stainless, galvanized steel or brass net and nylon filtered needled fabric to produce filter screens. Stamped, machined, molded or welded filter component parts are made from stainless steel or galvanized steel. Their final assembly uses adhesive, argonarc and spot welding.
These components have the filtering capacity range from 3 to 500 microns, and a thermal performance range from minus 40 to plus 200 degrees Celsius.
Our main focus is the production of hydraulic filter components, which are widely used in metallurgy, shipbuilding and repairing, oil and gas, machining industry, machine-tool manufacture, and in the production and operation of road and specialized equipment.
We manufacture air filter components for industrial use. They are made from special materials that allow their usage in air treatment systems of compressors, powder paint chambers, sandblasting and aspiration systems.
Strainers
We manufacture strainers, and shims made our of copper, steel and aluminum for use in ships diesel generators, compressors and other equipment. These products that performed well in high capacity operations.
